Shipping, Returns and Exchanges
We are only able to ship to U.S. addresses at this time.
All purchased items will be shipped within 3-5 business days with USPS Priority Mail.
Because of the time, effort and resources that go into crafting high-quality stoneware items by hand, we are unfortunately not able to provide refunds on any items. Items, if unused, can be returned for exchange within 15 days of receipt. We will not be able to cover the shipping costs of any items being returned.
If your item is damaged during shipment, please send us a photograph of the damage and we will replace it at no extra cost. If the item is not in stock, it may take 3-5 weeks for its replacement to be shipped.
